Carreon Creations – Cricut Workshop Terms & Conditions

By registering for and/or attending this workshop, participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• The remaining balance must be paid prior to the workshop date.
• A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

• All payments made are non-refundable.
• If a participant is unable to attend, the seat may be transferred to another person with prior written notice provided before the workshop.
• Failure to attend (no-show) will result in forfeiture of all payments.

• Carreon Creations reserves the right to reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, venue issues, or insufficient participant numbers.
• In the event of rescheduling, participants will be offered a new date or workshop credit.

• Workshop activities may involve sharp tools, cutting machines, heat application, and electrical equipment.
• All participants are required to follow safety instructions provided during the workshop.
• Participation is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

• Participants bringing personal Cricut machines or devices are fully responsible for their equipment, and Carreon Creations accepts no liability for damage, malfunction, loss, or technical issues relating to personal machines or devices.

• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times, and Carreon Creations accepts no liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the workshop.

• Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Participants who prefer not to be photographed must notify the organiser prior to the event.

• Respectful and appropriate behaviour is expected at all times, and Carreon Creations reserves the right to remove any disruptive participant without refund.

By completing registration and/or attending the workshop, participants confirm that these Terms & Conditions have been read, understood, and accepted.
